Body Holiday Detox Retreats - next one on 21 September!
Body Holiday One Day Retreats have gathered momentum and the next yoga an djucie detox will be held at Loudwater Farm, in Loudwater, Hertfordshire (close to Junction 18 on M25) on Sunday 21 September 2014.
Body Holiday is a one day retreat that will help you re-focus, kick start weight loss and calm your mind. It is the perfect opportunity to take a day off, leave your stresses behind and get rid of the Sumemr holiday bulge. This structured retreat will address rebalancing your body, calm your mind and prepare you for success for the rest of the year.
We provide fresh juices to give your digestive system a rest adn boost yuor immune system before Winter. We practise yoga to rejuvenate and strengthen your body. We also include meditation sessions, talks on the benefits of nutrition and a goal setting workshop.
Sophia Villiers from Nourish Naturally and Mary McLellan from Mums of Steel combine their expertise in health and fitness to bring your the perfect day off in beautiful surroundings where you will leave feeling lighter, energised and motivated.

Ideally, the first consultation would be face to face in the clinic. However, this is not always possible, especially where geography is concerned!
